Few handle the travel — group flight blocks, room rates, transfers, welcome bags, group excursions, late arrivals, and the inevitable changes when a flight gets canceled.

Once you've chosen a venue and date, our wedding-group team negotiates a room block at the resort or partner hotels, sources group air rates for your guest list, builds a custom RSVP and booking site, manages payments, coordinates pre/post excursions, and arranges welcome bags or care packages for arriving guests. Your planner stays focused on the ceremony and reception.

Mexico: Riviera Maya, Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Los Cabos. All-inclusive resort weddings dominate here — Excellence, Iberostar, Karisma, Hard Rock, Palace Resorts. Most all-inclusive packages include the ceremony fee, basic décor, and a discounted room block when a minimum number of guests book.

Larger weddings work better at hotels with event facilities. Local civil ceremonies in Italy and Greece have specific paperwork — your planner and Zeniva will walk you through it.

Bali, Thailand, Maldives: Strong choices for adventurous couples. Bali villas and Phuket resorts handle weddings of 30 to 150. Maldives weddings tend to be intimate (10–30 guests) due to logistics and cost — many resorts have dedicated wedding pavilions over the water.

For weddings with 20+ guests, group air rates can save $100 to $400 per ticket compared to individual booking, and they lock pricing for your guests months in advance. Zeniva works with airlines on group fare contracts (typically 10+ travelers from the same origin city), and we handle name changes, late additions, and the inevitable cancellations.

Room blocks at the resort give your guests a discounted rate (typically 15–30% off published) and let everyone stay in the same place. We negotiate the block, set up a dedicated booking link, and manage the rooming list. Most resorts offer perks once the block hits a minimum (e.g., complimentary suite for the couple, welcome reception, or discounted spa treatments).

The little touches turn a wedding trip into a memorable experience. We coordinate welcome bags delivered to each guest's room on arrival (water, snacks, hangover kit, custom map, schedule). We arrange group excursions — catamaran day, cenote tour, wine tasting, golf — at group rates. We handle airport transfers in shared shuttles or private cars depending on the budget.
